We are seeking a Sales Manager, ideally with experience in off-plan property investment sales who also has a proven track record of achieving high personal sales numbers and building high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be based in our new London office, responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team locally, while managing and supporting the existing sales team in Leeds.
Negotiable basic salary depending on experience and track record. Monday – Thursday 09:00 – 17:30 and Friday 09:00 – 17:00. 28 days holiday + 3 bonus days at Christmas. Birthday off + additional holiday for each year of service. Annual pay review & progression opportunities. Regular team socials and company events. Pension and sick pay.
Leadership & Team Management- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team in London.
- Manage and support the existing sales team in Leeds, ensuring consistency in performance and standards.
- Set ambitious but achievable sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular performance feedback.
- Foster a positive, motivated, and results-driven sales culture.
- Personally achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across both offices.
- Build relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
- Deliver planned training sessions to ensure all team members reach their full potential.
- Coach staff on sales techniques, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Using the activity and performance data available, find and predict potential shortfalls and act accordingly.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Maintain CRM system and ensure accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
- Forecast sales revenue and identify opportunities to improve processes and performance.
Minimum 5 years direct sales experience in property investment or off-plan property sales. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets personally. Demonstrated experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams. Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans. Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Our truly amazing HQ is located in the fastest growing part of Leeds City Centre, The South Bank Project, which is just next to Granary Wharf! We have recently secured our first office space in Camden and once this Sales office is up and running we will be relocating to an office in Marylebone. The first floor includes a fully fitted kitchen and dining area, chill out areas, a pool table and a fully stocked bar which is used at appropriate times.
