The predicted salary is between 72000 - 84000 £ per year.

We are seeking a Sales Manager, ideally with experience in off-plan property investment sales who also has a proven track record of achieving high personal sales numbers and building high-performing teams. This role requires someone who is a natural leader, excellent trainer, motivator, and closer of deals. The successful candidate will be based in our new London office, responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team locally, while managing and supporting the existing sales team in Leeds.

  • Negotiable basic salary depending on experience and track record
  • Extremely lucrative commission structure, circa £120,000 OTE in year one
  • Monday – Thursday 09:00 – 17:30 and Friday 09:00 – 17:00
  • 28 days holiday + 3 bonus days at Christmas
  • Birthday off + additional holiday for each year of service

Role overview

  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team in London.
    • Manage and support the existing sales team in Leeds, ensuring consistency in performance and standards.
    • Set ambitious but achievable sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular performance feedback.
    • Foster a positive, motivated, and results-driven sales culture.
  • Sales
    • Personally achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
    • Lead by example in closing high-value off-plan property investment deals.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across both offices.
    • Build relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
  • Training & Coaching
    • Deliver planned training sessions to ensure all team members reach their full potential.
    • Offer on-the-spot and in-call guidance and advice.
    • Coach staff on sales techniques, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
    • Identify skills gaps and implement development plans for each team member.
    • Using the activity and performance data available, find and predict potential shortfalls and act accordingly.
  • Reporting & Administration
    • Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
    • Maintain CRM system and ensure accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
    • Forecast sales revenue and identify opportunities to improve processes and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years direct sales experience in property investment or off-plan property sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets personally.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Our truly amazing HQ is located in the fastest growing part of Leeds City Centre, The South Bank Project, which is just next to Granary Wharf! We have recently secured our first office space in Camden and once this Sales office is up and running we will be relocating to an office in Marylebone. In addition to the great working spaces we also have an amazing area for downtime. The first floor includes a fully fitted kitchen and dining area, chill out areas, a pool table and a fully stocked bar which is used at appropriate times. After seeing a clear gap in the market for an honest and transparent property investment agency, the CityRise founders combined their industry experience and far-reaching market knowledge to bring property investors the best opportunities across the UK. Now in our sixth year, CityRise has continued with the same ethos it was founded upon; tailor-making the best property investment solutions across the UK to suit our client’s short term and long term investment goals. As a company, we adopt an authentic and personal approach whilst guiding our clients to the right investment. Regardless of whether our clients are adding to an existing portfolio, or are a first-time investor, our team of experts provide support from start to finish. All our clients receive independent, professional advice whilst we search the market for the property that best suits them and their strategy and goals. We are currently a team of 17 and to support our next phase of growth require a new Property Investment Consultant to join the business!
