Role Description
This is a full-time, field based role for a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and fostering relationships with prospective clients, driving revenue growth and supporting market presence.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and executing strategies for business growth
- Negotiating contracts
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Identifying new opportunities in the market to expand Citylets' reach

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management

- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently while meeting targets and deadlines
- Previous experience in lettings is desirable
- Driver's license
