The Role

They are seeking an ambitious, driven and passionate Shop Manager to join the growing management team.

This is more than just a management role it's an opportunity to lead from the front, inspire your team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and play a key role in driving the success of the café.

You will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the café, developing your team, driving performance and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience.

  • Professional and presentable
  • Good written and spoken English
