Location: UK Wide (National Travel Required)

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum basic salary + bonus & commission

The Role

This role has been created with experienced, credible automotive glazing professionals in mind. The successful candidate will take ownership of delivering automotive glazing and ADAS training across the UK, working with technicians ranging from new entrants to senior-level professionals. They will also play a key role in maintaining industry standards through IMI accreditation and BS10125 compliance, while delivering both structured courses and bespoke on-site customer training. In addition, they will act as a technical authority and trusted industry voice, ensuring all training remains aligned with OEM methods and evolving ADAS technology. A core part of the role involves customer engagement and long-term responsibility, where new customers are introduced through training or engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver automotive glazing and ADAS training across the UK
  • Work with technicians at all experience levels, from new entrants through to senior technicians
  • Support IMI accreditation and BS10125 compliance
  • Deliver both scheduled AGA courses and bespoke, on-site customer training
  • Act as a technical authority and trusted industry voice
  • Keep training aligned with OEM methods and emerging ADAS technology
  • Support onboarding and correct use of tools and systems where new customers are introduced
  • Manage service usage and engagement for 12 months per new customer
  • Act as the primary point of contact to ensure value, retention and correct application

Commercial element

  • Commission earned on the placement of tools
  • Commission earned on services sold
  • Commission paid for a period of 12 months for each new customer introduced

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of ADAS and recalibration following glass replacement
  • Confidence working with technicians, customers and stakeholders
  • Someone who enjoys sharing knowledge and raising standards
  • Comfortable travelling nationally and working independently
