The company is creating graduate roles aimed to fast track the appointed candidates to support in the management of commercial real estate in our South London location. This role is intended to be a platform from which the graduate can build experience in;

• Operational management of a Co-working and commercial office space, Learning what it takes to deliver the value proposition attached to a premium service provision through service delivery, people and product.
• Community development; supporting the event programming and management of events intended to foster business connection, growth opportunities and professional and personal development for our members.
• Operational management of an associated hotel, a unique standalone brand within the building which serves corporate and leisure travel.
• Support the team with member communications, content creation for newsletters, and social media engagement.
• Managerial oversight of team members; acting as manager on duty gaining exposure to people management, running shifts, resolving issues, leading by example.
• Project management of improvement plans from commercial, systems/process adoption through to operational updates, you will manage unique projects outside of your day to day responsibilities.
