This exciting company specialise in making all aspects of real estate strategy straightforward and cost-efficient, from searching and leasing to purchase, vision planning and fit-out.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all client sales invoices are produced using Xero and sent out in a timely manner.
- Processing employee monthly expense claims.
- Arranging travel and accommodation.
- Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
- Ordering stationery, equipment and refreshment supplies for the office.
- Producing marketing content for the company; sharing content on social media accounts.
- Organising and managing the company compliance system, specifically with regards to AML and KYC processes.
- Other ad hoc projects, such as organising company events or webinar series.
Must be equally able to work alone and as an integral member of a team.
