We are currently looking for ambitious graduates to join one of the worlds leading Investment Managers based in their London office.
Currently managing over Β£200bn in AUM, this firm develop customised investment strategies that address unique objectives, requirements and tolerance for risk. They develop solutions by leveraging their risk management tools and utilising a highly disciplined investment process that relies on fundamental analysis.
This role is a key position with the organisation. Performing trade responsibilities communicating with all brokers and custodians for trades executed by the trade desk in a timely, accurate manner. Responsible for the monitoring of and response to all corporate actions. All training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents for trade settlement communications with brokers, custodians and clients. Work with brokers and custodians to verify and confirm each trade executed by the trade desk. Consistently research, correct, maintain and communicate issues that relate to potential risks to the company.
- Preparation of reports and presentations for clients Ensure that all trades, reports and requests are communicated accurately to clients in a timely fashion.
- Devise improvements to current procedures and develop models of possible future configurations. Perform workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements
- Maintenance/updating of the Settlements Manual
- Ensure all corporate actions are responded to in a timely manner
- Research problems to identify and proactively correct solutions
- Assist Portfolio Managers with ad hoc queries
- Participate in the Custodial Retrieval Process
- Assist in the development of daily transaction/position system upload and reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Degree Educated
- High level of attention to detail

- Basic Knowledge of investments, fixed income, equity markets, derivatives and FX
- Strong team orientation and willingness to work
- Ability to work under strict time constraints, and prioritise workload
