This exciting company specialise in making all aspects of real estate strategy straightforward and cost-efficient, from searching and leasing to purchase, vision planning and fit-out. Graduates will join the Real Estate Transaction team. The Graduate Surveyor will work specifically within the following areas: Agency work for clients who wish to acquire, lease, purchase or sell property Accompanying clients and prospective purchasers on viewings Producing marketing materials Negotiation of property transactions including producing Heads of Terms and liaising with the client's legal advisors Valuation of property Advising on Landlord Tenant matters such as rent reviews and lease renewals Inspection and measurement of properties in London and throughout the UK Producing client reports and cash flow forecasts to aid client's real estate decisions Managing client relationships Managing projects including monitoring timescales General market research Requirements Real Estate Related Degree Educated Driven to build a career in Real Estate and RICS Qualified
