This exciting company specialise in making all aspects of real estate strategy straightforward and cost-efficient, from searching and leasing to purchase, vision planning and fit-out.
We are looking for an adept assistant, easily able to manage day-to-day tasks necessary for the efficient running of the business and office.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Directors and real estate team, proactively contributing to the firms operation.

Dealing with and resolving client enquiries and requests.
Ensuring all client sales invoices are produced using Xero and sent out in a timely manner.
Chasing debtors for payment and ensuring outstanding balances are collected.
Reconciling payments with sales invoices and consulting with the accountant.
Processing employee monthly expense claims.
Organising and maintaining diaries.
Liaising with cybersecurity consultants.
Arranging travel and accommodation.
Preparing letters, briefing documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
Ordering stationery, equipment and refreshment supplies for the office.
Managing various IT packages.
Producing marketing content for the company; sharing content on social media accounts.
Managing company suppliers.
Organising and managing the company compliance system, specifically with regards to AML and KYC processes.
Other ad hoc projects, such as organising company events or webinar series.
Requirments: Degree educated Excellent communicator Collegiate and collaborative.
Initiative-taking; equally able to work alone and as an integral member of a team.
Adept at time management; easily able to cope with being pulled in multiple directions and be expected to deliver on competing timelines simultaneously.
