As an Associate Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for general day-to-day management while also assisting with the account opening process for clients. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing team and to have a genuine impact on the processes and systems put in place.
- Assisting existing high-level clients with their requirements
- Involvement in various aspects of the client journey
- Responsible for providing a “best in class” service to clients
- Respond to client queries within agreed SLAs
- Build internal and external relationships to help drive client efficiency
- Actively identify opportunities for clients to support their servicing needs
- Identify system and process improvements and raise these for consideration
- Build in-depth knowledge of various businesses
