As an Associate Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for general day-to-day management while also assisting with the account opening process for clients. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing team and to have a genuine impact on the processes and systems put in place.

  • Assisting existing high-level clients with their requirements
  • Involvement in various aspects of the client journey
  • Responsible for providing a “best in class” service to clients
  • Respond to client queries within agreed SLAs
