In this role, you'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and software development teams. You'll work closely with users to understand challenges and opportunities, translate requirements into clear product priorities, and collaborate with developers to deliver solutions that create real business value.
What you'll be doing:
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand their processes, challenges, and goals.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and user requirements.
- Work alongside software development teams to define and prioritise product features and enhancements.
- Help shape the product roadmap by balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
- Support the delivery of new digital products, platforms, and capabilities from concept through to launch.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
