With over 30 years' experience working with major international investment and commercial banks, global commodity traders, international corporates and multilateral development finance institutions, our expert brokers have the skills and experience to help our clients understand the product and ensure that it is correctly structured for each transaction.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Master Data Analyst to help establish and maintain the firm's golden source of market and operational data. This is a critical role that will support the quality, consistency, and governance of key business data used across broking, operations, finance, compliance, reporting, and future AI initiatives.
- Master Data Management
- Maintain and manage the firm's golden source of master data in accordance with established governance procedures.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, completeness, and accuracy across all relevant systems.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, duplicates, and reconciliation issues.
- Data Governance & Compliance
- Support the development and upkeep of standards, controls, and governance processes.
- Process Improvement
- Develop and maintain repeatable processes for the maintenance of master data.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance data quality.
- Help establish sustainable operating procedures to ensure high data standards.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as a central point of contact for master data requests and queries.
- Work with Broking, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams to resolve data issues.
- Educate stakeholders on data standards and best practices.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Produce regular data quality reporting and management information.
- Analyse data trends and identify emerging quality issues.
- Assist with data preparation for reporting, dashboards, and future AI and analytics initiatives.
