One of the UK's leading independent real estate consultancy and project managers is looking for ambitious graduates to join them for an initial 3 month internship with the look to go permanent after that. This exciting company specialise in making all aspects of real estate strategy straightforward and cost-efficient, from searching and leasing to purchase, vision planning and fit-out.
Graduate Interns will join the Real Estate Transaction team. The Graduate Surveyor Intern will work specifically within the following areas:
- Agency work for clients who wish to acquire, lease, purchase or sell property
- Accompanying clients and prospective purchasers on viewings
- Producing marketing materials
- Negotiation of property transactions including producing Heads of Terms and liaising with the client's legal advisors
- Valuation of property
- Advising on Landlord & Tenant matters such as rent reviews and lease renewals
- Inspection and measurement of properties in London and throughout the UK
- Producing client reports and cash flow forecasts to aid client's real estate decisions
- Managing client relationships
- Managing projects including monitoring timescales
- General market research
