As a Service Advisor you will play a vital role within the retailer as being the point of communication between the Technicians and our customers. To be successful within this role, we do not require previous Automotive experience just a passion for providing great customer service, an ability to work in a proactive manner and a desire for no two working days to ever be the same.
Location: The role is at Volkswagen's European Flagship Dealership in West London Brentford, a state-of-the-art facility, with a 25-ramp workshop, its own multistory car park, and an indoor used car showroom.
Key responsibilities as a Service Advisor include:
- Arranging and booking your customers vehicle servicing appointments via telephone and email.
- Providing best advice on any report repairs or additional service required, selling with confidence and becoming their point of contact for the duration of their vehicle being within our Workshop.
- Providing updates and consultatively advising on repair work being or needing to be carried out.
- Creating customer invoices and running through the work that has been carried out on their vehicle.
- Proactively rescheduling appointments for the customer for any future vehicle maintenance or servicing.

About You: The successful candidate for our Service Advisor position will have previous experience in a similar role and proven customer service skills. We expect our Service Advisors to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
- An ability to provide tailored customer service and upselling to a wide range of customers.
- Comfortable working to deadlines and managing customer expectations with regular communication and updates.
- Happy to manage your own workload and customer base.
