The Site Co-Ordinator of the service team with customer vehicles and to carry out related administration tasks in accordance with Company procedures and standards.
As a Site Co-Ordinator your key responsibilities will be:
- To greet all customers courteously on arrival at retailer
- To direct all customers to Service Reception via the used car forecourt
- To move vehicles around company premises as required
- To assist workshop staff in moving vehicles between the workshop and the car park
- To check and record damaged areas on all vehicles
- To keep the car park clean and tidy, and clear of weeds and rubbish
- To fill in all daily controls and pass these on to management at the end of every day
- To ensure all vehicles left overnight are in the upper car park and are secure
- To keep the front car park as clear as possible for customer parking
- To perform other duties in support of other team members as required
- To produce, make amendments and maintain all point of sale for both showroom and forecourt vehicles.
