We are looking for a Sales Manager to manage the daily business of the showroom by providing a physical presence and by managing all customer interaction. To also assist the Franchise Manager in managing the sales environment, the people, and the process to ensure maximum profit opportunity and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • To ensure all enquiries are handled to the highest standards on our systems each day by close of business.
  • To manage the sales team, to ensure they achieve volume and margin targets.
  • To have the very best vehicle displays and forecourt areas.
  • To manage the sales process and have an integral part within that with the customers.
  • To achieve F & I commission and penetration objectives.
  • To ensure all finance documents are completed accurately and honestly in accordance with legal requirements (e.g. in accordance with the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and relevant insurance codes of practice).
