We are looking for process-oriented, customer-centric individuals to be the customer face of Citygate Leasing, a new, fast-growing and exciting business within the Citygate Group, with a goal to replicate Citygate's success within the Leasing business. This role is crucial to the business' success, with responsibility for sales, order processing/administration & pre/post sales customer support (via phone/email/live chat). This will be one of the first hires of the new business, offering great opportunities for the individual to be involved in wider areas of the business, including marketing and business/commercial operations. There will also be opportunities to grow alongside the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate leasing sales through being a first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat on the website.
  • Management of the customer's end to end journey from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a commitment to exceeding expectations in a timely manner.
  • Understand, manage and oversee the order process, completing key business processes including liaison with dealer groups to procure vehicles.
  • Manage customer records and orders within the in-house CRM system.
  • Interaction with marketing/dealerships/funding partners to discuss product offerings.
  • Participate in determining strategies to win new business and support with prospecting businesses.

About You

As the Leasing Executive you will ideally have the following skills/attributes:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience talking directly to customers, dealing with customer inquiries and managing processes through a CRM system is essential.
