Citygate Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles is seeking a Vehicle Software Update Specialist to support performance, safety and connectivity through manufacturer-approved software updates and campaigns. You will work with Technicians, Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers to ensure timely, accurate updates and high-quality vehicle uptime.
You will conduct pre- and post-update health checks, diagnose basic software issues and maintain compliance with Volkswagen Group standards.
