Role overview

Working as part of the Citygate prep team, this role is key to maximising commercial performance and opportunities across the Citygate and third-party websites. Reporting to the Group Head of Prep, the role will interact closely with Marketing, Sales, IT and involve reporting on site analytics and consumer insights.

Key responsibilities

• Photographing and capturing high quality images of our vehicles using the latest digital photography equipment.
• Uploading images to systems and creating an accurate description of the vehicle, giving the viewer as much information as possible.
• Provide recommendations and conversion opportunities.
• Maximise site merchandising opportunities through creative ideas.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to drive these strategies forward and achieve our business targets.
• Create compelling onsite experiences to encourage customer engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.
• Ensure all on-site SEO is continually optimised to ensure best organic search results.
• Report on weekly/monthly top line sales, like-for-like sales, category and product performance, new business and customer retention, and e-commerce data specific to key merchandising features.

About You

As a Vehicle Imagery Technician/Photographer, you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:

• Ideally have experience working in a similar role.
• Experience using an imagery turntable would be preferred.
• Have a keen interest in photography, marketing and the automotive industry.
• Good attention to detail, which is key for this role.
• Be a good and clear communicator.
