We are currently looking for a Head of Business to supervise, manage, and motivate the team, providing support and training, and ensuring that performance targets are achieved.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Vision and Strategy: Developing and executing the dealership's overall strategy to drive business growth, increase market share, and ensure long-term profitability.
- Goal Setting: Establishing short-term and long-term business goals aligned with the brand and the dealership's aims.
- Monitoring Performance: Regularly reviewing financial performance, customer satisfaction metrics, and operational efficiency to identify areas of improvement.
- Sales and Marketing Oversight
- Sales Targets: Setting and monitoring sales targets for both new and used vehicles, as well as aftersales services (parts and service departments).
- Marketing Strategies: Working with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns, customer engagement strategies, and brand-building activities.
- Customer Retention: Driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, such as exceptional after‑sales service and engaging customer experiences.
- Financial Management
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Overseeing the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability.
- Cost Management: Monitoring expenses and implementing cost‑saving initiatives without compromising the quality of service.
- Profitability: Ensuring that all departments (sales, service, parts) are operating profitably and contributing to the overall financial health of the business.

- Day‑to‑Day Operations: Managing the daily operations of the dealership, ensuring smooth workflows in all departments (sales, service, parts, admin).
- Inventory Management: Overseeing vehicle and parts inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce holding costs.
- Supplier and Manufacturer Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with vehicle manufacturers, parts suppliers, and other business partners.
- Leadership and Team Management
- Team Leadership: Guiding a team of department managers (Sales, Service, Parts, Finance) to ensure that they meet their targets.
- Talent Development: Ensuring proper training, development, and motivation of staff to enhance performance and morale.

About You
As the Head of Business, you will ideally have the following skills and experience:
- Able to demonstrate effective people management skills

- To ensure our operations meet brand standards by conducting regular checks
- Develop and roll out dealership marketing strategies in conjunction with group head of marketing
- Support the team in providing a high level of customer satisfaction
