We are looking for a customer focused Bodyshop Advisor to join our busy Paint & Body team. This is a key front of house role, responsible for providing exceptional service to customers throughout their repair journey, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover. You will also play an important part in identifying new business opportunities by speaking with Service customers, spotting potential vehicle damage, and offering repair estimates to help drive Bodyshop growth. Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers during the vehicle repair process.
- Greet customers professionally and manage all communications clearly and courteously.
- Proactively engage with Service customers to identify vehicle damage and offer Bodyshop estimates.
- Follow up on all estimate requests to maximise conversion into repair bookings.
- Open, manage, and close job cards accurately in line with company procedures.
- Liaise with insurers, assessors, and warranty providers to obtain repair authorisation.
- Keep customers updated on progress, costs, and expected completion dates.
- Support the Bodyshop Manager in achieving departmental targets for labour, paint, and parts sales.
- Work closely with Technicians, Parts, and Service teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and ensure every vehicle leaves repaired to the highest standard.

About You
The successful candidate will be a professional who takes pride in delivering first-class customer service. Confident and approachable, you will bring proven experience in a similar Bodyshop or Aftersales role, with the ability to build strong relationships and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience. You will be well organised, accurate, and proactive; comfortable managing multiple tasks and always focused on providing clear communication and timely updates. Experience within a franchised dealership or manufacturer approved repairer would be ideal, along with knowledge of estimating systems such as Audatex, but most importantly you will have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers.
