We are looking for a Motability & Contract Hire Specialist to join our West London team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by guiding customers through Motability and Retail Contract Hire enquiries, providing expert advice and managing the full process from initial contact through to delivery and ongoing support.
This exceptional role is based at Volkswagen's European Flagship Dealership in West London, Brentford, a world-class facility featuring a 25-ramp workshop, its own multi-story car park, and a sophisticated indoor used car showroom. Representing Volkswagen, Å KODA, SEAT, and CUPRA, Citygate West London sets the benchmark for automotive excellence, delivering an unrivalled experience for both customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and build rapport with customers, understand their mobility needs, and provide tailored guidance.
- Advise and assist customers with Motability Scheme enquiries, applications and vehicle selection.
- Handle Retail Contract Hire enquiries, prepare clear and competitive quotations and explain funding options.
- Manage all paperwork, applications and compliance checks accurately to ensure smooth transactions.
- Support customers throughout their lease period, including servicing, maintenance, renewals and follow-ups.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Motability offers, available vehicles and adaptations.
- Log and update CRM records, follow up enquiries and maintain accurate documentation.
- Work closely with sales, finance and service teams to enhance the customer experience.
To be successful in this Contract Hire Specialist role, you will ideally have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in automotive sales, contract hire, leasing or Motability support
- A friendly, professional and organised approach
- Confidence handling paperwork and compliance processes
- A target-driven mindset and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- CRM experience is desirable
- A full UK driving licence
