We are seeking an Accredited Master Technician to assist in providing a high quality and efficient vehicle service offering for our customers. As a Master Technician you will also provide guidance and coaching to less experienced team members.
We are proud to offer visa sponsorship opportunities; however, this is exclusively available to candidates who hold VAG (Volkswagen Audi Group) Accreditation at Master Technician level.
Your key responsibilities as a Master Technician will be:
- Ensure vehicle servicing activities are completed in a safe and high quality manner, in line with both internal and manufacturer requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure product and service knowledge is up to date
- Contribute to local and companywide process improvements and innovations

As a Master Technician, you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:
- Level 3 qualified vehicle technician with a full UK driving licence
- Brand accredited Master Technician is essential
- MOT Tester certification would be useful but isn’t essential
We work with global brands (Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, SEAT, CUPRA, KODA and Kia), provide excellent quality training and internal progression opportunities.
