We're looking for a HR Officer contractor to join us on a 6-month basis. This role is critical to providing expert HR and employee relations support, acting as the first point of contact for managers and employees. You'll manage ER cases with confidence, coach leaders through HR processes, and help drive continuous improvement across the team. What you'll be doing:
- Take ownership of employee relations cases, from performance and absence management to drafting outcome letters with care and precision.
- Be the go-to person for HR queries, offering clear, supportive advice to employees and managers on policies and processes.
- Guide and coach managers through HR procedures, helping them feel confident and empowered in handling people matters.
- Keep our HR data accurate and reliable, while spotting opportunities to make processes smoother and more efficient.
- Work closely with a collaborative HR team, using tools like Fresh Works to track queries and ensure everyone gets the support they need.
