Joining us as a Senior Operations Manager - 12m FTC, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality customer installations across our full fibre network (FFN), with customer satisfaction at the heart of everything we do. You will lead operational excellence across all live cities, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance while managing supplier relationships, installation governance, and financial oversight. Health and safety will be your number one priority, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational success.
You will receive a salary of up to £70,000, a car allowance, a performance-related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.
This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Lead and manage direct and indirect teams to deliver operational excellence, ensuring safety and quality remain the top priorities.
- Oversee installation partners to achieve a 97.5% Right First Time (RFT) target and maintain consistent operational performance.
- Manage repair and maintenance activities to minimise downtime and optimise network reliability.
- Conduct and govern audits across installations, PIA, and fibre exchanges to ensure compliance and quality.
- Drive contract governance with suppliers, ensuring adherence to SLAs, mitigating risks, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage significant budgets, overseeing costs effectively across direct labour, suppliers, and overtime spend.
