Senior Network Engineer - Access

Joining us as a Senior Network Engineer – Access As our Senior Network Engineer, you will be providing subject matter engineering expertise for CityFibre’s Active Access network components. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of active network components, ensuring solutions are delivered at pace in a standardised, scalable, supportable, and secure manner. Some of your other responsibilities will include: * Designing and delivering solutions * Lead functional teams or projects and serves as a best practice/ quality resource * Serve as an expert within own function, leveraging specialised subject matter expertise What you’ll bring to the role You’ll bring a specialist depth and breadth of Access Network Engineering at scale. Additionally, you will have: * Excellent understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies, with a focus on GPON/XGS-PON * Experience of mixed vendor environments, product life cycle, and technology migrations * Well-developed problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging We’re a Times Top 50 Employer for Gender Equality.
