This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues across various CityFibre offices on an ad hoc basis.

Joining us as a Regional Capacity Specialist
As our Regional Capacity Specialist, you will play a vital role in maximising network performance. Your responsibilities will include developing innovative solutions, monitoring network performance, identifying areas for upgrades, and collaborating with Network Architects and Engineers to optimise our network infrastructure.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Interrogating and interpreting information systems
- Supporting the coordination of all regional passive capacity requirements
- Acting as the point of contact and supervisor for contractor resources
- Assisting in the development, implementation, and promotion of CityFibre\’s network design topologies
What you’ll bring to the role
You’ll have a detailed working understanding of fibre planning alongside FTTP architecture, components, and materials knowledge. You’ll also bring the following:
- Experience of handling and manipulating raw data
- Working knowledge of all aspects of fibre networks
- Ability to produce detailed industry-standard survey, installation, and as-built documentation
