Position: Production Planning Demand Manager
The Production Planning Demand Manager ensures resolver groups, desk operations, and productivity align with budgets and plans. You will collaborate with internal teams to balance supply and demand for SLA compliance and oversee scaling assumptions to optimise business performance.
Salary & Benefits: Up to £60,000, performance-related bonus, and benefits supporting your financial, physical, and mental wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable plans to meet contractual performance targets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align supply lines with future demand
- Track and analyse key performance metrics, identifying risks and opportunities
- Ensure optimal resource deployment to maintain efficiency and performance
- Manage shrinkage, leakage, overtime, and workforce upskilling
- Leverage data insights to enhance efficiency, processes, and resource allocation
Candidate Requirements:
Proven strong strategic leadership of people, processes, and systems, with experience in CRM overhauling and transformation. Additionally, you will have:
- Demand planning and forecast experience to align sales and workforce requirements
- Expertise in supply chain management to coordinate operations seamlessly with partners and customers
- Advanced data analysis skills for complex queries and decision-making
