Joining us as a Performance & Analytics Manager (12m FTC) you’ll play a key role in shaping how data drives performance across our Field Operations, leading the development of insight and reporting that enables smarter decision-making, improves operational efficiency, and supports the delivery of long-term strategic outcomes. You’ll receive a salary of up to £70,000 and a performance related bonus.
This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Lead the collection, analysis and dashboarding of operational data, creating a single source of truth across Field Operations
- Develop and maintain KPIs, providing insight to support performance tracking, target setting and strategic decision-making
- Own weekly and monthly reporting governance, delivering clear and impactful performance insights to stakeholders
- Use data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities, driving continuous improvement across operations
- Influence project prioritisation and scope, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value and return on investment
- Partner with operational and cross‑functional teams to provide analytical support and improve business performance
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Strong analytical capability with proven experience translating complex data into actionable insight within an operational environment.
- Experience in operational performance analysis or a similar data‑driven role
- Strong proficiency with data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to create clear, impactful reporting and communicate insights to a range of stakeholders
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Experience working with operational processes and supporting decision‑making through data
