This hybrid role involves working both from home and on-site across the region, requiring flexibility to travel as needed. Joining us as a Network Maintenance Supervisor
The Network Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for safeguarding CityFibre\’s network infrastructure across a national area, overseeing civil and fibre construction activities. The role ensures timely, compliant delivery of maintenance and diversionary works, supporting out-of-hours operations and emergency restoration services. You\’ll receive a salary up to £43,000, a car allowance, a performance-related bonus, and a range of benefits to support your financial, physical, and mental wellbeing.
This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Act as the first responder and point of contact for ERS, Section 81s, network damages, and diversionary works
- Conduct impact assessments, manage cable migrations, and coordinate with external stakeholders to meet delivery milestones
- Perform routine asset inspections, document findings, and arrange corrective actions to maintain network integrity
- Support complex maintenance tasks and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all field activities
