Joining us as a Network Maintenance Manager (FEX, FAC & CoLo)

We’re looking for a Network Maintenance Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of robust maintenance programs and audit routines across our Fibre Exchange (FEx), Fibre Active Cabinets (FAC), and CoLo sites.

This role is pivotal in ensuring service continuity and operational excellence through strong Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and Building Management Systems (BMS) expertise.

You’ll receive a competitive salary,a car allowance, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Lead the delivery of M&E maintenance programs across a diverse estate, ensuring minimal service disruption

  • Collaborate with internal teams and delivery partners to ensure accurate scheduling and execution of PPM and reactive maintenance
  • Identify and resolve supplier performance issues, driving operational and financial efficiencies
  • Produce detailed weekly reports on progress, risks, costs, and compliance

  • A proven track record in delivering small to medium-scale works and managing multi-million-pound budgets
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in project and budget management fundamentals
  • A pragmatic, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Full UK Driving Licence
