Joining us as an IP Capacity Planner
Join a collaborative and forward-thinking team as an IP Capacity Planner, where your expertise will help shape the future of high-performance network infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, using data and automation to drive smart, scalable solutions. You\’ll be part of a supportive environment that values innovation, continuous learning, and diverse perspectives. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working cross-functionally, and making a tangible impact on digital connectivity.
You’ll receive a salary of up to £65,000, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

- Model and monitor new city networks
- Identify and enhance existing networks
- Forecast network component needs (short to long term)
- Improve capacity monitoring using automation and AI
- Collaborate with vendors for supply chain consistency
What You’ll Bring To The Role
Strong ability to interpret data and forecast network capacity needs using analytics, automation, and AI tools. You\’ll also have:
- Advanced data analysis skills using Python, SQL, and Excel
- Strong experience in IP network planning and capacity forecasting
- Confidence in troubleshooting and optimising network performance
- Clear communication, effective across technical and non-technical teams
- A Self-motivated approach, with a continuous learning mindset and tech curiosity
