Joining us as an Installation Delivery Executive - 12m FTC The Installation Delivery Executive will ensure high-quality service delivery and seamless service management for ISPs by proactively coordinating all aspects of the installation process. This stakeholder-facing role involves managing expectations, driving internal teams, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers to meet business needs and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll receive a salary of up to £39,000, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing. This is some of what you can expect to be doing: Manage forecast-to-actual installations, collaborating with installation partners to meet regional and city targets Provide accurate reporting on service performance, connected services, and service improvement plans Monitor and address risks to service targets, ensuring customer satisfaction Managing local authority civil permits to ensure compliance is met Managing our internal resource availability and scheduling it through a workforce management system Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and key suppliers What you’ll bring to the role Strong service delivery experience, excellent coordination and administration skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships. You’ll also have: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce and ServiceNow Experience in Telecoms, Construction, or Utilities A self-starter, resourceful and confident in managing tasks Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging We’re a Times Top 50 Employer for Gender Equality.
