CityFibre is seeking a Customer Field Team Leader for a field-based role covering North East England and Scotland’s Central/Eastern region, with regular travel to the patch. You will lead, motivate and develop a team of Customer Field Engineers to deliver safe, high-quality work and best-in-class customer outcomes.
You’ll oversee civils, repairs and installations, conduct safety checks, manage customer escalations, and ensure right-first-time delivery across the network while maintaining KPIs.
