This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in your local office at least 2 days a week. As the UK’s largest fibre-only network, and its only proven wholesale challenger, we’re busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be. As an experienced Data Integration Manager, you will lead the seamless integration of third-party data and systems. You will oversee GIS delivery for data migrations and acquisitions, ensuring due diligence, data loading, and testing. Collaborating with IT teams, System/Data Architects, and third-party companies, you will drive data analysis to meet business plan timelines and ensure successful integration into CityFibre systems.

You’ll receive a salary up to £70,000, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing. This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Manage and lead project teams of GIS Analysts and GIS Technicians and provide leadership to prioritise work and ensure data quality.
  • Conceptualise and develop one-off solutions to meet specific needs and replicable models for repeated assessment.
  • Act as the main contact for senior management and provide analytical results presented in insightful and interesting ways to help the audience understand progress of data migrations.
  • Develop and maintain processes for validating data integrity driving quality improvement and fixing inconsistencies.
  • Supporting CF GIS Strategy for GIS systems including Smallworld and internal tools, training to the company as required.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • You will bring senior management experience in telecoms, having managed integration projects and third-party interfaces.
  • Proficiency in QGIS and FME, with experience in GIS analysis to drive business advantage, and knowledge of GE Smallworld PNI.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work effectively within cross-functional virtual teams.
  • Competence in financial reporting and presentation, with experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
