Job Description

This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You'll join your colleagues in one of our offices on an adhoc basis.

As the UK's largest fibre-only network, and its only proven wholesale challenger, we're busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be.

Designed from scratch for the internet, our network is greener, more reliable and ready for the future. The products we provide over it not only lead the market on speed, value and service, they help businesses to innovate, provide entire communities with a better foundation for their digital lives and support economic growth, locally and nationally.

What does that mean for you? The opportunity to make internet connections (and daily life) a whole lot better, for a lot of people!

Joining us as a Customer Project Manager

Join CityFibre as a Customer Project Manager and lead the delivery of complex, customer-facing telecoms projects across national and local networks. You'll manage end-to-end onboarding, integration, and migration activities for major clients like Vodafone, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment. This is a high-impact role requiring strong project delivery experience, technical understanding, and excellent client engagement skills.

You'll receive a competitive salary, a car allowance and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Leading the onboarding and integration of residential products for key clients like Vodafone and Three
  • Manage the delivery of national-to-local network rollouts, and manage capacity and resiliency programmes to enhance network performance and reliability
  • Managing project plans across IT, network, billing and service design to ensure smooth delivery
  • Working closely with internal teams and external partners to meet agreed milestones and outcomes
  • Supporting customer migrations and ensuring a positive experience throughout the transition

What you'll bring to the role

This role requires a confident and experienced project manager with strong technical understanding, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to deliver complex customer-facing projects.

You'll also have:

  • Experience delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder and client relationship management
  • Ability to manage risks, issues, and performance across multiple workstreams
  • Confident in presenting and communicating with internal and external teams
  • Consultancy mindset with a practical approach to problem solving
  • Prince2 (desirable)
