Joining us as a Customer Project Manager
Join CityFibre as a Customer Project Manager and lead the delivery of complex, customer-facing telecoms projects across national and local networks. You\’ll manage end-to-end onboarding, integration, and migration activities for major clients like Vodafone, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment. This is a high-impact role requiring strong project delivery experience, technical understanding, and excellent client engagement skills.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Leading the onboarding and integration of residential products for key clients like Vodafone and Three
- Manage the delivery of national-to-local network rollouts, and manage capacity and resiliency programmes to enhance network performance and reliability
- Managing project plans across IT, network, billing and service design to ensure smooth delivery
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners to meet agreed milestones and outcomes
- Supporting customer migrations and ensuring a positive experience throughout the transition
What you\’ll bring to the role
This role requires a confident and experienced project manager with strong technical understanding, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to deliver complex customer-facing projects.
You\’ll also have:
- Experience delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong stakeholder and client relationship management
- Ability to manage risks, issues, and performance across multiple workstreams
- Confident in presenting and communicating with internal and external teams
- Consultancy mindset with a practical approach to problem solving
- Prince2 (desirable)
