This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in one of our local offices on a monthly basis. Joining us as a Customer Project Coordinator, you will coordinate projects that deliver strategic customer outcomes across the region(s), helping to ensure that projects and objectives are delivered on time, within scope and to the agreed financial budgets. This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Prepare and maintain project schedules; track and report project performance internally
- Generate reports for contractual and commercial commitments to support external teams
- Monitor project performance against agreed tolerances and escalate issues as needed
- Track progress of tasks and actions using Salesforce CRM
- Provide support to Senior Customer Programme Manager and Project Managers across various tasks
What you’ll bring to the role:
- You will bring a strong data and analytical background, developed through hands-on experience in a relevant Project Coordination role.
- You’ll also have experience supporting project delivery through RAID management, project scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Experience preparing presentations, customer-facing reports, and internal project documentation.
- Strong administrative background with experience in CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to be proactive.
