Joining us as a SHE Policy & Standards Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of safety, health, and environmental policies across the business. This strategic role requires deep expertise in SHE legislation and standards, driving continuous improvement and compliance. You will collaborate across teams to shape a safer, more sustainable future aligned with business growth.
You’ll receive a competitive salary of up to £52,000, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

- Bring policies to life - you’ll guide their development, rollout, and ensure they’re not just written, but actively used and understood across the business.
- Champion continuous improvement by preparing for audits, refining documentation, and closing policy gaps in areas like lone working and occupational health.
- Collaborate with purpose - you’ll work with teams across the organisation to align policies with ESG goals and introduce practical safety solutions.
- Make a real impact through project management, stakeholder engagement, and translating complex legislation into clear, actionable policies.
What you’ll bring to the role:
