Joining us as aSAFe Product Manager
We’re looking for a strategic and customer-focused SAFe Product Manager to lead the delivery of our Inventory Management Ecosystem (IME)—a business-critical platform that touches every part of our organisation. You’ll be part of a newly formed Agile Release Train, working closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and stakeholders across technology, operations, and supply chain. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape product vision, influence enterprise-wide delivery, and drive innovation in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Define and support the build of scalable, integrated inventory management solutions
- Develop and communicate product roadmaps in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
- Lead and mentor a small team of Product Owners within a Release Train
- Act as the voice of the customer and business users in product development
- Drive alignment and collaboration across departments and external vendors
What you’ll bring to the role
You’ll be an experienced product leader with a strong background in Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale transformation. You’ll also have:
- Proven experience in a product-related role within an Agile development environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritise effectively
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders across complex ecosystems
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Kanban
- Telecommunications or networking domain knowledge (desirable)
