As a Receptionist & Office Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our busy Milton Keynes office. As the first point of contact for employees, visitors and clients, you'll help create a welcoming, professional environment while supporting a wide range of facilities and administrative processes. This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Welcoming all visitors and contractors and supporting them in a calm and professional manner
- Providing administrative support including filing, scanning, photocopying, issuing purchase orders and processing invoices
- Managing meeting rooms, office facilities, catering, hospitality, accommodation and travel requests
- Overseeing office organisation including supplies, post, couriers, car park management and key logs
- Liaising with facilities contractors and managing maintenance issues through to resolution
- Supporting health and safety processes in line with policies and guidance
What you'll bring to the role:
- You’ll be an organised, personable and proactive individual with strong administrative and customer service skills.
- Experience of working on a busy reception in a large company or corporate environment
- Experience in an administrative support role
- Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi‐task, prioritise and work well under pressure
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A can‐do attitude with the ability to build positive relationships across teams
- Good understanding of health and safety measures relating to facilities
