Joining us as a Programme Manager - Integration & Operational Readiness, you’ll play a key role in delivering complex programmes and ensuring they are fully ready to transition into live operations. Working across the Integration Programme and major initiatives, you’ll lead workstreams and translate objectives into clear delivery plans. Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, you’ll ensure systems, processes and ways of working are stabilised to support business-as-usual, driving strong outcomes through effective stakeholder engagement and delivery.

You’ll receive a competitive salary, a car allowance and a performance related bonus. This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Deliver defined workstreams across integration and major revenue-generating programmes in line with agreed scope, milestones and quality.
  • Lead operational readiness activity, ensuring systems, processes, data and controls are viable for transition into operations.
  • Translate programme objectives into detailed delivery plans and drive execution against critical milestones.
  • Manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, escalating where required with clear recommendations.
  • Maintain robust delivery controls and provide accurate reporting on progress, readiness and risks.
  • Support transition and cutover activities, ensuring deliverables are complete and accepted by operational owners.

What you’ll bring to the role:

You’ll bring strong programme delivery experience with the ability to manage complex workstreams and ensure operational readiness within structured governance environments. You’ll also have:

  • Professional qualification in a project management methodology such as APM or Prince2, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex programmes within time, cost and quality constraint.
  • Strong understanding of programme governance frameworks and structured delivery environments.
  • Experience managing programme documentation including RAID logs, schedules and governance packs.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
