Joining us as anInstallation Delivery Executive
The Installation Delivery Executive will ensure high-quality service delivery and seamless service management for ISPs by proactively coordinating all aspects of the installation process. This stakeholder-facing role involves managing expectations, driving internal teams, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
You’ll receive a salary of up to £35,000, a performance-related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical, and mental wellbeing.
This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Managing forecast-to-actual installations, collaborating with installation partners to achieve regional and city targets
- Providing accurate reporting on service performance, connected services, and service improvement plans
- Monitoring and addressing risks to service targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Managing internal resource availability and scheduling through a workforce management system
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and key suppliers
- Managing customer installation Unhappy Path cases efficiently to minimise delays and ensure timely connections in line with KPIs
What you’ll bring to the role
Strong service delivery experience, excellent coordination and administration skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships. You’ll also have:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
- Experience in Telecoms, Construction, or Utilities
- A self-starter, resourceful and confident in managing tasks
- Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
