Joining us as an Account Manager

You will manage a portfolio of established, high-value accounts, focusing on driving their growth and ensuring their success. By leveraging your exceptional account management expertise, you will collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve outstanding results. Your dedication to building and nurturing long-term relationships will be instrumental in supporting the ongoing success and growth of our organisation.

You’ll receive a competitive salary, uncapped commission, a car allowance and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  1. Create and maintain account development plans for each account, driving growth and long-term success
  2. Oversee the sales pipeline from initial request to final decision, utilising pre-sales and sales support to meet customer expectations efficiently
  3. Work closely with legal teams to review and finalise contracts
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and marketing, to represent customer needs and support promotional activities

What you’ll bring to the role

You will have proven sales experience, a self-motivated and proactive approach with a strong attention to detail with expertise in contract review and account management.

You’ll also have:

  1. The ability to secure, onboard, and manage client accounts
  2. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers, driving results and fostering long-term relationships
  3. A broad commercial skillset, including strategic analysis, business planning, project evaluation, relationship development, and transaction negotiation
