Temporary full-time position to cover maternity leave from 13th April 2026 to 24th January 2027.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join the Citycare Water team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will support the Water Division with a range of finance administration tasks. This includes:

  • Purchase order management
  • Invoice processing
  • Timesheet support
  • Assisting with stock and reporting activities
  • Helping with contract revenue processes and invoicing
  • Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve queries

This is a varied role where no two days are the same, and your ability to stay organised and work to deadlines will be key.

About you:

  • Previous clerical or finance administration experience (1–2 years minimum)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
