City Year UK is seeking a School Partnerships Officer to support young people by coordinating in-school programmes and mentoring initiatives. The role centers on building strong relationships with partner schools and leading a team of Volunteer Mentors to ensure high-quality delivery and positive outcomes for pupils.

You will work primarily school-based with training sessions at the Birmingham office and some remote work; flexibility across days Mondayโ€“Friday is expected.
