We are looking for skilled Van Technicians, ideally Breakdown qualified, to join our thriving Van Aftersales team at Truro.

About the Role
As a Van Technician, you’ll carry out high-quality servicing and repair work across a range of vehicles. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in line with Mercedes-Benz, Maxus and City West Country standards.
Van Technician responsibilities:
- Performs all maintenance services in line with the company and Mercedes-Benz standards and processes
- Completes a comprehensive diagnosis and repair job sheet
- Carries out all repair work using all available workshop information systems necessary to store vehicle system functions
- Advises Service Team Manager of any additional work required
- Carries out a final inspection and function tests on all complex repair work
- Completes final documentation for invoicing
What's required from you?
- Previous experience within the Motor industry, preferably experience with Vans
- Roadside Assistance Qualified Certified technician qualifications (Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance)
- A strong team player with great attention to detail
- Openness to learning and developing within the service industry
