This is an exciting opportunity to join City West Country Ltd in our Mercedes-Benz of Truro Van Centre. We are looking for an Administrator to support with the day to day operations and support the Service Team.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Administrator, you will ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with franchise and business standards — consistently exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to the service department in line with the company and agency / franchise standards and processes
- Collates technician, and casual driver clock cards and completes data entry on the system
- Processes and validates external supplier costs
- Completion of accurate attendance records
- Job card and job packs completed
- Maintains standards for company uniforms and orders stock as required
- Delivers consistently high standards of accuracy and quality in completion of information
- Completes the booking and administration of training and development
- Provides assistance in all areas of aftersales as required
- Communicates and develops strong relationships with customers
- Communicates clearly, regularly and promptly with colleagues across all business areas
- Identifies training and development needs for self as part of the performance management process
- Ensures all areas of Health & Safety operate effectively and within the requirements of the law
- Builds good relationships with manufacturers, professional bodies, suppliers and statutory representatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous motor trade experience is desirable but not essential
- Previous administrator role is preferred
- Computer skills
- Good telephone and interpersonal skills
- Must be accurate and show attention to detail
- Organisational Skills
